• your neck guard! • your warm up track suit and good running shoes
• a packed dinner from home we recommend you include.
A light sandwich (on whole grain/wheat bread or bagel) with salad or cold pasta salad or chopped vegetables.
+Milk or Skyr or Yogurt Drink or Smoothie.

Pre-game meal (Meist) and 1st meal (3rd Flokkur) at Borgarnes between 3 and 4.

Game time 7 (3rd Flokkur eats packed dinner)
3rd Flokkur starts off ice warm-up/game preperation after second period.
End of Meist. Game, Meist goes to eat.
End of 3rd Flokkur game, pizza for 3rd Flokkur on the bus.
